Bathrooms: Second bathroom with shower. Each bathroom has a hair dryer.
Kitchen: Spacious kitchen, well equipped with hob,oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
Utility Room: Washing machine.
Living Rooms: Large sitting/dining room. which has patio doors opening onto a covered terrace and private patio garden. There is a TV (English programmes), video DVD and CD player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and we ask that you leave it as you find it. All linen and towels are provided, apart from swimming towels.

Notes on accommodation
Underfloor heating is provided for winter lets.
Cot and highchair available at no extra cost.
We would appreciate it if you did not smoke inside the apartment.

Wheelchair friendly
The apartment is suitable for wheelchairs and the disabled, being all on one level with no steps.
There is wheelchair access to the complex.
The 5 minute walk into the port area is flat with well maintained pavements.

Outside
The apartment has its own private south facing patio garden with garden furniture. There is also a well kept communal garden with large pool, jacuzzi and children's pool. An indoor pool, sauna and a gym are also available in the winter.

Coast/Beach
There is a large, safe, sandy bay at Javea, 5 minutes drive away. The port and shingle beach are 5 minutes walk away.

Golf
There are two golf courses within 10 - 15 minutes drive.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both approximately 1 hours drive from Javea.
Car hire or a taxi can be arranged from and to the airport. Please ask us for details. Unrestricted and well lit parking is available around the complex.
